About the Inspector.
Hello, I'm Matt Lanefski. I am a Massachusetts licensed Home Inspector. I have performed hundreds of quality inspections of single family, multi-family and condominiums. I inspect and report in accordance with Massachusetts requirements as set forth in 266 CMR 6.0: Standards of Practice.
I am certified as an ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) Associate and have passed the National Home Inspectors Exam. I am fully trained by Inspection Training Associates, Inc., and have over 10 years in building and facilities experience. I have performed quality and safety assessments of over 224 public housing developments in 62 cities all over Massachusetts. I have extensive experience in home renovations and remodeling. I am a member of Business Networking International. I participate in Continuing Education through seminars, classes, and workshops, so I am constantly learning new ways to ensure the best quality inspection.
