About Vanessa
Vanessa Montero is the Founder of Rooted Impact Co., where she helps business owners build stronger teams and lead with more clarity.
With over 15 years of experience in fast paced retail environments, she started on the sales floor and grew into leadership roles supporting large teams and complex operations. That experience shaped her practical and human approach to leadership.
Vanessa believes work can be both human and high performing. She works closely with leaders to strengthen how their teams connect, communicate, and get work done, so people feel clear, supported, and able to do their best work.
She brings both professional expertise and lived experience as a Latina, immigrant, mother, and first-generation college graduate, grounding her work in both results and real life.
