About the Referral Roundtables: Referral Roundtables are recurring, member-led networking groups designed to help members build meaningful professional relationships and generate high-quality referrals. Meeting monthly or bimonthly, each Roundtable is intentionally kept small—typically 12–15 members—to encourage trust, accountability, and deeper connections. To maximize collaboration rather than competition, membership is limited to one representative per industry or profession within each group. This creates an environment where members can confidently refer business, share expertise, and support one another's growth.
