Advocates’ Neurodiversity @ Work initiative helps businesses identify excellent job candidates
while creating inclusive career pathways for neurodiverse young adults. The program equips
both job seekers and employers with the skills and supports needed for growth and success.
The Neurodiversity @ Work program works collaboratively with employers in fields including
biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, hospitality, culinary, e-commerce, warehousing, and
information technology.
Candidate Training Program
Job candidates receive individualized training in the following areas, allowing them to thrive in a
variety of positions.
• Communication
• Executive functioning
• Team dynamics
• Workplace readiness

Employer partners receive both on-site and virtual support from the Neurodiversity @ Work
team. We offer a range of resources:

• Ongoing support for human resource professionals, supervisors, and candidates
• Thoughtful matching with prepared job candidates
