We are proud to announce this year's keynote Speaker: Greg McFarland, MHA, Chief Executive Officer of MetroWest Medical Center, inclusive of Framingham Union Hospital in Framingham, and Leonard Morse Hospital in Natick.
"Greg McFarland is a healthcare executive with extensive experience leading hospital operations, growth, strategic initiatives, and organizational transformation. He currently serves as President and CEO of MetroWest Medical Center in Massachusetts, following leadership roles with major health systems in Oklahoma and New Mexico.
Throughout his career, Greg has focused on improving patient care and experience, developing high-performing teams, expanding clinical services, and executing large-scale operational and capital initiatives. His experience spans hospital operations, physician relationships, strategic growth, capital planning, and employee engagement across complex healthcare organizations.
Greg holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio."
